Multi-national Account Manager in San Jose.
Develop at a high level potential accounts in the west coast with
emphasis in the Bay Area. Existing large accounts are Qualcomm in San
Diego and Intel/Hillsboro. They want other potentialy large corporate
accounts with global presence: Bay Networks, Cabletron, 3-Com,
Solectron, Boeing, Cisco and the list goes on. Anyone doing PCB
assembly or contract PCB assembly there in the Bay Area or doing it
offshore, but making decision on capital expeditures in San Jose, Santa
Clara and up to the NW. Anyone doing high level sales development for
Siemens, Mydata, Panasonic, KME, DJA, Fuji, Universal Instruments, Quad,
Nissei Sangyo would do. Also second tier capital equipment suppliers
that sell solder reflow ovens (BTU, Hollis, Elecrovert, etc.) or screen
printers (DEK, Fuji) or ATE/ICT/Functinal test capital equipment
(Teradyne, HP, Genrad). They "might" look at a guy out of semiconductor
capital (Applied Materials. Lam Research and many others). There are a
lot of guys out there right now since the Asian downturn. Pays 70-90K
base and incentives at plan (sales/MBO) will pay 125-150K+, car and benefits.
