Adelphia Reboot Process - Debugging Report

If your adelphia cable modem is not working.

1. Turn off your cable modem, computer, router, etc.

2. Wait 30 seconds

3. Turn on your modem

4. Wait until all four lights on your modem are solid (not flashing).

5. Turn on your router. Then turn on your computer.

6. Test to see if your cable modem is working. Open up a browser (IE6).

If it is still not working go to step 7.

7. Go to the Start Menu and click Run.

8. go to Start>Run

9. At the prompt type: cmd and push enter

10. type: ipconfig/all

11. Test to see if your browser is working.
